Hi Linda, Sorry to hear that your free samples have not been delivered but thank you for bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately it seems that your samples have been lost in the post by Royal Mail so I can only apologise that this occurred. We have arranged for some replacement samples to be sent out today and these will be with you in the coming days. “Fast delivery. Customer service is amazing. Part of my order was damaged, phoned them up, emailed over pictures of the damaged parcel and packaging, they sent a replacement straight out. Cannot fault this company.”
