“Delivered on time. Packaging of the parcel could be better. Two bottles of floor cleaner taped so tightly together that the instructions peel off when taken apart!”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. I really do appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention as our warehouse staff should not be packaging the cleaners in this manner. I can only apologise that you were unable to access the instructions for using the cleaning products, but i have listed a link to this information below and hope that this enables you to clean your floor correctly.
