“Getting samples was quick and easy, as was the ordering process. Would have got 5 stars except that the roll we ordered had no protective cover other than simple plastic and had taken a stab wound in transit. Fortunately we could work round it (non square room) and did not need to exercise the returns process.”

Hello Michael, I am sorry to hear that your vinyl arrived with slight damage, however, I would like to thank you for bringing this to my attention. We are always working on ways to better our packaging of materials so customer feedback is very important to us. In the rare instance that a product is damaged in transit, we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible but I am happy to hear that you have managed to work around the damage and get your flooring installed. If you have any future flooring projects please contact me directly at emma@best4flooring.co.uk and I will be happy to offer a discount for the inconvenience. Kind Regards, Emma

“I only sent for samples, but they arrived quickly and seen to be good quality. I didn't have any problems but didn't rate 5 stars as not ordered anything else (yet).”

Thanks for your 5 star feedback Lee, it's greatly appreciated. Unfortunately on rare occasions items can be temporarily out of stock, but our sales advisers are trained to assist customers with alternative products or will try their best to source the original items as soon as possible. We really do appreciate your kind words and these will be passed onto Rhiannon who originally dealt with your order. Take care, Best4flooring

“bought this to go in my new summerhouse and it looks great, the felt backing is a bonus as will help with the warmth in the winter .Only one moan and that is one end of the roll was slightly damaged as the plastic wrapping was not suitable, the product needs to be better wrapped. only giving you 8 points because of the wrapping.”

“Its so nice to be able to ask for samples, so you can see the products true style and colour. Which was very helpful as the one i thought i wanted didnt look right in my kitchen. Luckily one of my other samples was just right. Big mistake diverted. The product feels nice to the touch also. I will be ordering some for my flooring.”
