“Excellent company would recommend them any time 1st the courier was one box short which was there fault one phone call to best flooring it was at my house first thing in the morning Unfortunately we had over estimated how much flooring we required not a problem to best flooring as long as the boxes weren't open I got a refund on the flooring I sent back”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for your feedback. The vinyl samples we sent you are manufactured using PVC, however this does not have a strong smell and does smell like rubber. I can only assume that something has spilled on your parcel during delivery via Royal Mail. If you would like us to send replacement samples in the post we would be happy to do so? “asked for some samples of flooring which arrived very quickly. Very impressed by the quality of the samples. I am putting together a mood board for the redecoration of my hall. I think this flooring will be a good alternative to tiles in that area. Lovely.”

“Delivery was on the day stated but no time slot was given. There were several small tears in the long edges of the sheet but I was able to work round them when cutting the sheet to fit.”

We are constantly working on better ways to package our goods to prevent this from happening, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. In regards to the timed delivery slot, although TNT will endeavour to deliver orders on the date chosen by our customers, sadly at the moment in time they do not offer a timed delivery slot service. I totally understand that this can be frustrating and I have been assured that this is something TNT will be putting into place in the very near future.
