“Delivery etc. all good, but product smells strongly of rubber. How long will this take to wear off?”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for your feedback. The vinyl samples we sent you are manufactured using PVC, however this does not have a strong smell and does smell like rubber. I can only assume that something has spilled on your parcel during delivery via Royal Mail. If you would like us to send replacement samples in the post we would be happy to do so? “Flooring roll delivered already bent and creased. However customer services were excellent and very prompt to respond to email. Replacement flooring sent next day delivery. Very impressed with the customer service so would recommend this company.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for bringing this issue to my attention. I can only apologise that your vinyl arrived in this condition as our warehouse staff are advised to package all 3m wide rolls with cardboard tubes to prevent the sheet vinyl from creasing in this manner. We are always working on better ways to package our items so that they arrive at our customers properties in the best condition possible, so your feedback on the outside packaging is greatly appreciated. “Web site good but I was looking for white imitation floor Boards sheeting but although I went to white section they were all greyish.i got a sample but it was grey”

Hi Janet, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can only apologise that the sample was not what you were looking for but we do appreciate your comments and will try to make this clearer on our website in future. The Frosted Oak comes under our 'white' and 'grey' colour options due to it being a mix of tones and can be subjective. Due to this, we do offer free samples so customers can view the products in person and i'm glad that you took advantage of this service but regret that it was not what you were looking for.
