“We waited quite a long time for our flooring because of a manufacturing fault with the first lot the company received. I'm so glad they dealt with it the way they did. We would have been inconvenienced if it has been sent to us faulty. Instead we were advised of the problem and kept informed. Once the new batch was available it was dispatched quickly. It is a great product. Looks fantastic; went down well and lays beautifully. We're so glad we waited. Well worth it. So professionally dealt with. Thank you”

“Excellent customer service resolved an issue quickly and without fuss, my only negative the lvt planks need to be better protected for courier transit. Would use best4flooring again .”

The Linen Elm sample that you ordered does unfortunately only come in a 1m width, however, we do have a wide selection of vinyl that comes in a 2m or 3m width. “Getting samples was quick and easy, as was the ordering process. Would have got 5 stars except that the roll we ordered had no protective cover other than simple plastic and had taken a stab wound in transit. Fortunately we could work round it (non square room) and did not need to exercise the returns process.”
