“Easy to order. Prompt delivery. The person who delivered deserves a bonus. He had to carry 45 boxes of wooden flooring unaided quite a way from his lorry. Very hard worker. He was polite and helpful. A credit to you.”

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the feedback! Sorry you are unhappy with the size of your free floor tile sample. Our free sample service is described here: https://www.best4flooring.co.uk/free-floor-samples/. We don't usually send out anything less than 7 inches - Is yours smaller than this? We know only too well how disappointing it can be to expect a certain size and then feel let down. It could that we need to give the lads in the warehouse a good talking to if they are being stingy with their cut. Of course we would be delighted to help you work out if the flooring you have your eye on will look in your kitchen. We can arrange to send a full sized tile . Just call our sales team and they will arrange this for you. Please note there is a non-refundable charge for the supply, packaging and postage of a single full sized tile.
