“Found hard to find product. Questions answered straight away. Was a slight error in my order. Asked for 5 min to check called back in 4 explained issue corrected and refunded very impressed with customer service will be the first place i look in future”

Hi Lindsey, We despatched the vinyl samples you requested and sent you notification this had happened. We cannot help it if Royal Mail doesn't deliver the samples and you didn't tell us - we would have happily sent out more! Kind regards, Best4flooring

“Love my new viny!!!!! Choice of delivery slots was good. Delivery was efficient. Price was value for money. And the vinyl seems good quality. Overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend them.”

“I will not use this company again. Delivery was not on expected day and a box of flooring was damaged. Poor customer services who we’re unhelpful. I was told that if I sent them photos of the damages they would arrange a refund however this was not done. The delivery driver also took photos and noted that a whole box of flooring was damaged however as I had accepted the goods they would not automatically arrange a refund. I would not recommend this company.”
