“Honest, speak English, I asked questions and received answers that I could understand. They asked questions from Dan or Stephanie which was English, straight forward. So I understood and replied.”

“I contacted this company in April and spoke to a gentleman called Brian McLaughlin. He was well informed and explained everything in layman's terms. I was unsure if I wanted to go ahead with this insurance and Brian was brilliant and said he would contact me again in a couple of weeks when I had time to think about it. When Brian contacted me again I still wasn't sure and although he was probably slightly frustrated with me he did not come across like that. Brian asked if it would be okay if he e-mailed me in a couple of weeks to see if I had made a decision. When the e-mail came I had decided I wanted to take the protection from your company. Brian made this very easy and the transaction was made efficiently. One of the main reasons I chose this insurance was its great benefits but mostly because of Brian's method. He did at no point harass me like a lot of the hard sell company's. He gave me time to think and make a decision in my own time. I was that impressed I passed your company's name with Brian's contact detail's onto my family and friends. What a great asset he is to your company. Mrs Sarah Cotton.”
