“What can I say - I had a couple of queries about the product I wanted to buy, and the firm were excellent in answering these and making sure what I bought was appropriate. They phoned when they said they would (or, in one case a colleague phoned me as the person I was dealing with was stuck in traffic). Overall I thought the service was excellent.”
