“This was a lovely little bear, but felt the instructions should include pulling the material part with zip out before starting as caused a confusion.”

“I’ve bought 2 lots of the bears for a party later in the year. They look lovely and I’m sure the Brownies will love them ! 1 was missing but that was rectified quickly and efficiently by the customer care team. All good so far !”

“First Lady I spoke to was amazing and very very helpful. Second lady, not so much. Quite rude actually. But the bears are beautiful so this totally makes up for it. The delivery arrived really quickly and we absolutely love the eco range! Beautiful bears. The recording devices are great too with a protection guard to stop the recording being deleted.”

“Unfortunately some of the designs I wanted where unavailable and the website wouldn’t let me add any bears to my online basket. Dawn was amazing and helped rectify the issues by email. Also DPD left the boxes on my doorstep rather then in my shed as requested on their website, otherwise everything was fine.”

I am sorry you had an issue with the website Holly but I am pleased Dawn was able to resolve it. The DPD drivers, like everyone else in this topsy-turvy world, are under enormous pressure, resulting in some oversights I am afraid. Thank you for your review.

“The T-shirt is beautiful but it is a little small for a build a bear unless my bear is over stuffed 😂 Great quality though and adorable to add to the bear for my little ones nursery. I will purchase from you again some day.”
