Hi Maria This is the first that we have heard of the delay to your order which was dispatched on March 6 via our Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. As you can see from your tracking number your parcel is showing as being in transit and out for delivery. The recent bad weather has probably delayed the delivery but hopefully it will be with you very soon.

“Usually really pleased with the heartbeat bears except over the past 3 years we have had several recording modules that haven’t worked and I am not contacting the company every time we have one that doesn’t work we just use another one, but over the past 3 years we have had 20 that have been duds, This delivery was shocking quality, the bears in my opinion are not 16inches they appear to have shrunk and the stuffing is very little compared to usual, some of the animals won’t sit right because of the lack of stuffing! Sorry but usually pleased with the range but this delivery was poor and would expect better as the prices have gone up so much.”

Hi Leigh, As one of our valued trade customers you will know that we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and high standards of customer care ensuring that we deal quickly and efficiently with any complaints. But we can’t respond to a complaint we haven’t received - your negative review is the first time we have heard that you are not entirely happy with your recent order. As you are aware any item which does not meet our high quality standards will either be replaced or refunded as per our terms and conditions. In terms of the stuffing of the bears, it is personal choice but we tend to take the Goldilocks approach and go for a bear that’s not too firm and not too soft - just somewhere in between. You can always add additional stuffing if you want a plumper bear. Finally I’m afraid along with all other suppliers and retailers our prices have had to go up to counter the 25 % increase in raw materials and the 600% hike in the cost of transportation which we have seen over the past few months. We have absorbed some of the costs but have had to pass some of them on to our customers as you are also having to do. Please do get in touch with us directly and we can discuss your concerns. “We have used bemybear for along time never had any issue great company bears are great my only issue is the delivery cost is super expensive and I feel it take along time to collect points to use towards delivery but if you are spending over £500 each month you should have more points added in order to get a free delivery more often. Again brilliant company this was my only issue.”

Hi Bianca As a long standing customer of ours we value your feedback greatly. Unfortunately delivery costs are going up and up, fuelled by the shortage of HGV drivers and we have to pass some of the increases on to our customers. You have earned two free deliveries to date with the points you have accrued and we review this each quarter with the offer of free products or free delivery based on the spend. “The passport had less pages than expected but other than that it is good .The PJ's for the 8" teddy do not fit as well as I think that they should.”
