Unfortunately some of the designs I wanted where unavailable and the website wouldn’t let me add any bears to my online basket. Dawn was amazing and helped rectify the issues by email.
Also DPD left the boxes on my doorstep rather then in my shed as requested on their website, otherwise everything was fine.
