Hi Bryoni I am sorry you have felt the need to post two negative reviews about the order you placed with us for a Killing Eve Bear Kit and an additional voice recorder without first contacting us. This is the first we have heard of your complaint and we are still not sure what the issue is. You say you received the wrong items and that the recordable voice box was broken. We always replace any defective items so please do email us at enquiries@bemybear.com or call us on 01492 544666 so we can resolve this for you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and high standard of customer care but cannot deliver on these pledges unless customers contact us and advise us of any issues they may have. We're so pleased that your order has now arrived and we hope it was well worth the wait ! You chose a 2nd class Royal Mail delivery service which can currently take up to 7 working days. Our express service is guaranteed on a next day delivery but does cost more.

“Worse service ever. Staff rude Sent me ripped teddy bear and second time sent me broken zip and velcro teddy bear that wouldn't stick together. Unprofessional and wont cover cost to return and replace as it was their end fault. Wouldn't recommend to anyone buying from here.”
