The children loved the dragons, but 1 was sent incorrectly wings were on backwards (image included below) order was not checked before it was issued which was disappointing

Hi Neil. We are sorry that our quality control was not up to our usual standards on this occasion. Dragons are particularly fearsome when it comes to their wings as you can imagine but we certainly don't want them flying backwards ! This is the first we have heard of the issue that you have had. Please contact us directly and we will send you out a replacement dragon who is able to fly forwards !

I have not yet actually received my order. I made sure I had ordered with plenty of time, but if not received by tomorrow my daughter will not be having a birthday party!

Hi Libbie, Thank you for your review and I am sorry you have not yet received your parcel. You have not contacted us directly so this is the first we’ve heard about a delivery delay and that you need the bears for a party tomorrow. We will now chase your parcel up and contact you directly with any updated information from Yodel the courier delivering your parcel. I am afraid in the current climate and with social distancing measures in place in our warehouse orders are taking longer to pick and pack while delivery companies are also struggling to deliver within their usual time scale. As you are in the Isle of White deliveries do also take slightly longer as I am sure you are aware. I hope we can chase this up for you so that you receive it in time for your daughter’s birthday.

We are so sorry ted is still in transit - I'm sure he can't wait to arrive at his new home. Unfortunately we have no control over the Royal Mail service you chose - a standard delivery which in normal circumstances can take up to 7 working days from date of dispatch to delivery. As you know Royal Mail are struggling hugely with a backlog of parcels due to the bad weather and the pandemic. We do advise customers who need orders urgently to opt for our next day express service which is more expensive but is tracked and guaranteed. We are so sorry ted has not yet arrived but I am sure he will be with you very soon.

PS. Royal Mail service to your address in Eire takes between 2-5 weeks

I am sorry you are still waiting for your order. As we are adhering strictly to public health guidelines, the picking, packing and dispatch of orders is taking much longer than usual. Your order was placed on Thursday, November 27 and was dispatched on Monday 30th November. You chose 2nd class Royal Mail post which as stated at the check-out takes between 5-7 days to be delivered in normal times ! But with the huge Christmas pressure on Royal Mail Mail, transit seems to be taking longer than usual. We also offer a slightly more expensive delivery option with our courier service which guarantees next day delivery. Once again I am sorry for the delay and I hope your parcel arrives very soon.

I was disappointed with my purchase, as I was under the impression the rabbit was all white, but on receipt, it has purple sparkly ears. As this is a gift for my unborn grandchild, which we do not know the gender, seems to be more suited to a baby girl. I have since had to go out and buy a replacement bear.

I am very disappointed with the Bear I have received. The bear came dirty and the legs were completely flat and not filled, only had empty material. :(

Hi Katarzyna, I'm very sorry you're disappointed with your Pink Twist bear purchased from us. We'd really appreciate it if you could get in contact with us (either by phone on 01492 544 666 or email enquiries@bemybear.com) so we can chat to you about the points you have raised. First and foremost you mentioned that the bear you received arrived dirty, this is something that shouldn't happen as all of our bears arrived into our warehouse in a strong outer box and then packaged within plastic inside this, intended to stop any dirt or the elements from affecting our bears. In this case something has obviously gone awry and I'm very sorry about that. If you could possibly provide us with a photo showing this sent to enquiries@bemybear.com then we'd be more than happy to look into this for you and provide a replacement. The second point you raised regarding the legs being "completely flat" and "not filled" is actually part of the design for the bear you purchased (our Pink Twist bear). The description states that Pink Twist is "Made with 'swing' legs" which allows the bear to "sit on a flat surface or dangle her legs over the edge of a table or shelf". So in order for Pink Twist to be able to sit on a shelf the legs are purposely made to be flat at the back so they perform this function. I'm sorry you don't like this feature of the bear in question, this is one of the reasons we have our 30 day money back guarantee (https://www.bemybear.com/returns-policy/) which means you are able to return an item if you simply don't like it or have changed your mind. That way you are able to either choose a replacement (for instance one without swing-legs) or just receive a refund for your item as long as it is unused and in the condition it was received.
