“Excellent service in your Inverness shop. The shoes I chose were out of stock. As I was on holiday they managed to locate the shoes from another branch and they arrived at my home in London two days after my return with a very nice personal note from the assistant.”

“I made two sandal purchases, the first I have lived in since they arrived! The second was a little small so I decided to return, the staff were wonderful about this and processed the refund withing a few days of the shoes arriving back in the UK - brilliant service, very happy! :)”

“A lovely company that made an excellent impression on me. Their children's shoes are good value for money, and they have a nice selection. The postage was reasonable and very quick. The lovely little notes and clear care that went into the packaging and delivery were so much appreciated. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.”

“Ordered shoes on-line and received them promptly. Unfortunately, they were a little tight so I had to return them for exchange to the next size which I received in just a few days. I don't live near a Beggs shop but I would certainly highly recommend their mail order service, it is very efficient.”
