“They take an order and a payment only to tell you a couple of days later they dont have the item in stock. You can either choose something else or get a refund. I opted for the refund but hsd to wait a few day for it to go into my account to allow me to go elsewhere for the shoes. They weren’t cheap they wrte £120”

Very occasionally, items can sell out between an order being placed on our website and the order coming through to our stock. It appears that on this occasion, the item ordered had sold out after your order had been placed and unfortunately we were unable to fulfil your order. Your order was placed over the weekend which resulted in a short delay in communications. We got in touch to let you know that we were unable to fulfil your order and refunded your order at your request within four hours of getting in touch. I am sorry that this was not processed to your liking, but I do believe we processed your refund as quickly as possible in order to return the funds to you, once we had discovered the issue. “Ordered some sandals but the sizing seemed a little small checked I could hang on to them while I tried the size up. They contacted me straight back to say yes. When I returned the pair I didn't want the refund was processed the day the sandals got back to them. Brilliant service I will definitely use again”
