“I rang customer services as our order was taking a little longer than anticipated, for good reason, the post was halted in Scotland due to extreme weather conditions, they were extremely apologetic and made enquires with Royal Mail AND came back to me with an update. The shoes arrived two days later ( there had been a thaw) and my son is delighted with both the quality and comfort of the shoes. I will definitely buy from Begg again. Thank you.”

“Обувь пришла, качество -стресс!Пытаюсь выяснить с службой поддержки клиентов.Отправляю на эмейл, но по факту меня блокируют! Жалею о покупке, деньги потрачены а обувь одевать боюсь, отпалают камешки, сыпяться!!!! SOS”

“Excellent choice and assistance from Jen in Inverness. Essential to have a 'try on' facility for shoes but Beggs also a full range of makes and sizes to choose from internet which can quickly be sourced and tried at shop so no sending back hassle. Best of both worlds! And a loyalty discount.What's not to like”

“I discovered Begg Shoes a few years ago and have used them ever since. The range of shoes on the website is good, delivery from Scotland is prompt and when I have needed to return shoes the refund is back in my account very quickly. I have always been pleased with the serviceI they provide.”
