“This is my 4th time to buy Beggs shoes. They send a lovely message in the delivery box. The ordering is so simple. I have never had to return any because they are so comfortable and great fitting.”

“I ordered slippers which were in stock. Paid for them and received a email to confirm the purchase. Then received a email to say they were not in stock anymore. I wanted the beige ones and had to except another colour due to near Christmas. I am still fuming as she wanted the beige ones . Be very careful as they don't have things is stock as they say. James”

Unfortunately, due to a system discrepancy, the original colour you ordered became unavailable after your purchase was confirmed. As soon as this came to our attention, we contacted you straight away to explain the situation and offered an alternative colour, which we’re glad we were able to dispatch in time for Christmas delivery. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially at such a busy time of year, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. “Fabulous quality footwear and excellent friendly service. I saw a pair of purple boots in the shop but decided not to buy them then. When I got home, I changed my mind and ordered them online a couple of days before Christmas. They arrived next day with a lovely personal message. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks.”

“Purchased slippers as a "Secret Santa" for my sister. Original order was for wrong size. A phonecall to a very helpful staff member sorted that. Slippers arrived very promptly. Excellent service. Reasonable price. Excellent staff member on phone. Recommended 🥇👍”

“I have bought online and in store. Excellent,fast online service and in store the staff are very friendly and helpful. A great variety of shoes on offer from a wide range of makes and different price ranges. I have had to return a pair of faulty boots but the staff were happy to refund me when they saw the fault.”

“Very pleased with my recent order of a pair of Clark’s slip-on shoes for my husband, with which he’s delighted.. The service from Beggs is excellent with prompt delivery and a handwritten note of thanks enclosed with the shoes - a welcome personal touch. Great company which I highly recommend.”

“Good selection of shoes, boots and trainers. I always know any purchases will fit me. Truly fit to size. Always quality items. Good descriptions to help make your choice with multi colours usually. Easy online booking and fast delivery. Love the note inside from a staff member it makes you feel special as a customer. Shop staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Love Beggs shoes. It is always my first and usually only choice of supplier.”

“Best shoe shop ever. Very helpful and friendly staff. Buy all my boots and sandals here, I love the Remonte and Reiker brands. The loyalty scheme is a boost. I love a shop where you can try on shoes as there are so many size variations nowadays.”
