“My boots arrived on time and were just what I ordered. (I’d had a similar pair for years so I knew what I was getting). They arrived as planned, with a nice handwritten note and a follow-up email to check that everything was satisfactory. It was. Recommended. Good to deal with a small family firm. PS I have worn my boots in the rain and they are indeed waterproof! Thanks to Begg Shoes.”

“The most comfortable boots I’ve ever had! Quite large fitting I could have done with half size less but was loath to send them back. Socks sorted it out. All my friends love them!!”

“The shop in Elgin did not have the size of ankle boots I had my eye on but Inverness did. The boots were ordered and they were delivered swiftly to the Elgin shop where I was able to try and if necessary have a refund if they were not suitable. They fit and are excellent and I am a delighted customer.”
