“The shop in Elgin did not have the size of ankle boots I had my eye on but Inverness did. The boots were ordered and they were delivered swiftly to the Elgin shop where I was able to try and if necessary have a refund if they were not suitable. They fit and are excellent and I am a delighted customer.”

“Ordered Lotus ankle boots for xmas gift which were shown as in stock. Got an email later to advise they were unable to fulfil the order since the item was not in stock. Seems to be the stock is not live therefore you can order and they don't actually have the item.”

“The service from beggs shoes was highly professional & although my order took much longer than I was initially told it would take, I couldn’t personally blame Beggs .. There was a postal strike! I was however, very disappointed to find on visiting a Beggs store a few days after receiving my order that the said boots were reduced by £10.. I will definitely visit the shop before buying online in future”

“Outstanding service! I first saw Legero Gore Tex boots on a trip to Austria but could only find a 42 (uk 8) there, so was delighted to find them stocked in a 43 (9) by a Scottish shoe shop. Boots are fantastic, super warm and comfortable - perfect for the snow we had before Christmas. Service from Begg shoes was brilliant, boots arrived promptly - obviously from a shop rather than a warehouse as there was a little note from the packer hoping I loved my boots which in these days of mass Amazon deliveries I thought was a lovely touch!”
