“I ordered a pair of white shoes which arrived with dirty marks on them. I notified Begg Shoes who were very concerned and apologetic and asked me to return them free of charge for a full refund which I did. I ordered a replacement pair which arrived within two days and these were in perfect condition. The company were very concerned and apologetic and the matter was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. I would definitely buy from Begg Shoes again.”
