“Service in shop was excellent we have purchased 1 pair sandals and 2 pairs boots. Sandals were very comfortable boots were delivered and came quickly delivered by royal mail. Would shop with you again as great customer service.”

“I had tried on a pair of boots by Fly London at a branch of Schuh in Warrington, priced at £125 and wanted them in the purple/burgundy colour but they didn’t have my size in that shade. They did offer to order in for me but I decided to wait and have a look online. Just by chance I found a link to Begg Shoes and discovered that they had my size 5 in stock and to my delight they were £115! A saving of £10 compared to Schuh and delivery was free. My partner ordered them for me as a Christmas present. They arrived a couple of days later. I can’t wait to wear them! But my partner is insisting on wrapping them up and making me wait until Christmas Day 😏😂 I will definitely be browsing the Begg website in future”

“Beggs have a great choice of fashionable, well-made shoes at competitive prices. My first pair were Remonte ankle boots. They were extremeky comfortable, (though I have awkward feet!) and stylish. I liked them so much I bought another pair in a different colour. I was astonished when a lady phooned ne the next day to ask if I really wanted two identical pairs. I didn't - my mistake - but it would have been easy just to despatch two pairs and leave it to me to return one. My shoes were posted that day. Customer service like this is uncommon and very welcome, as was the hand-written note with the shoes thanking me for my purchase. This family business really cares about its customers.”

“I have bought shoes from Begg Shoes on two occasions. Both times I have been very pleased with both the speed at which the shoes came, and the shoes themselves. As such my experience has been excellent, though I do appreciate there is some luck involved with finding the shoes are a good fit. I have not had to return shoes, so I do not know how quick or easy that might be.”
