“Just bought myself a pair of Gabor pumps. Looked at numerous sites and eventually managed to source a pair from Begg Shoes. Very impressed by the prompt service. Would definitely recommend the shop and I’ll also be looking to purchase more shoes. I have a size 42 and find it difficult to get shoes in my size and in stock.”

“Great, easy to navigate website. You can check stock availability at your nearest store or order on line. I like the range of footwear Beggs stock; good quality brands at affordable prices. There's a loyalty scheme too. The customer service is always great. In the past I've ordered online and there's always a hand written thank you note in my parcel, which is a lovely personal touch. I've asked my local shop to get a particular pair in for me, and there's no obligation to buy. They're happy to help. If you order on line and need to return something you have the option to return to your local store FOC. There is also a printed return label available for returns by post which is convenient (£3 is deducted from your refund. Very reasonable). It's a good all round experience and knowing I'm supporting a small business means I can indulge my passion for footwear guilt free!”

“I recently purchased the Gabor Ruffle ballerina pumps in the lovely colour of Fuchsia leather. They are extremely comfortable and true to size. I normally find that most shoes of this style tend to be slightly too wide for me, as I have quite slim feet, so I was delighted to find that these shoes are a very good fit for me and I would highly recommend them. The service I received was excellent and I am very pleased with my purchase”
