“service excellent and shoes fit tho a trifle heavy... previous purchase much better from that point of view. These were not I think sneakers and so any fault is mine! Will wear for walking.”

“If you order from the USA you must mail internationally back to Scotland at your own expense. Also Beg’g’s claim that their 2Wide width is the equivalent of us 2EE is incorrect. The Begg 2Wide is much narrower. Lord only knows what it will cost me to get this pair back to Scotland. Saving on VAT will be eaten up in postage. This should all be made very clear in their advertising in the US.”

Hello Jeanne Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience with us. As we are a small family business, we do not offer free returns on any of our orders. We do have easy and cheaper return options for UK orders, but unfortunately, we are not able to offer an easier return option for our International customers. There are many benefits to shopping online with us from the US and further afield, such as access to a wide range of European designers, fast shipping and VAT deduction from your order. Unfortunately, the returns shipping costs are not one of these benefits. I have checked our Size Guide page but I was unable to find any reference to "2 Wide". Our Size Guide advises that an EE width fitting would be considered Extra Wide in UK width fittings. The style you have purchased from us is a "Wide" fitting which would be a UK E width fitting. “Bought Legaro sandals and they arrived very fast. Sandals are perfect, exactly as described and really comfortable. Company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, easy to place order, fast processing and delivery. 10 out of ten for service. I look forward to placing future orders. Huge difference in dealing with this small family business than large retailers.”
