I picked out a pair of shoes that I’ve been looking all over for for my 80-year-old mother. Since I am located in the United States I had to pay the international fee which I was OK with. But after I processed all my card information and submitted my payment it said in a pop up my order was rejected. I couldn’t understand why and then I decided to go on my bank account and saw that the price for the sandals was charged to my bank account! When I tried calling the number that was listed for any problems it did not go through. I am now contacting my bank to find out if this is a valid site and expense because I will press charges against the company for fraud. I know I didn’t get declined because of lack of funds since it was already deducted from my account within 2 minutes!

When a payment fails like this, your bank may hold the funds as pending on your account and then they will be returned to you after a few days. Id like to start by saying firstly with everything going on, delivery of non essential parcels is not important. Secondly as I’m on the extremely vulnerable list, I cant use my shoes for another 10 weeks. I’m not complaining, I received an email from the vender asking for a review. I’d love to tell you about my shoes, but I can’t as they haven’t arrived yet and the tracking is useless. The Royal Mail site hasn’t updated since 25th March ( order date) and la poste states just leaving the UK on 26th March and the same thing again on 3rd April. Contacted customer service, they said just wait a bit longer. As because it restated just left UK it’s just delayed. I have my doubts. All I do know is that they took my money on 25th March and it’s now 14th April and I have no shoes. It’s a good job that delivery was really cheap.

I ordered my shoes on March 23 and I have still not received them. The last update was March 26 when they were supposed to be leaving from the UK. Where are my shoes?

On very rare occasions, our delivery partner Royal Mail will sometimes not update the tracking with information. In most of these cases the parcel is indeed in transit, it has just missed a checkpoint in its journey and will arrive in good time. Normally we experience an excellent service with our delivery partners and I am sorry to hear that this has not been the case for your parcel. I have spoken to the Customer Service team and I believe this is being investigated with Royal Mail to find out more information. I have checked your tracking information and I can see that there have been two updates last night to say that your parcel has arrived in the Dublin International Processing Centre.
