Id like to start by saying firstly with everything going on, delivery of non essential parcels is not important. Secondly as I’m on the extremely vulnerable list, I cant use my shoes for another 10 weeks. I’m not complaining, I received an email from the vender asking for a review.
I’d love to tell you about my shoes, but I can’t as they haven’t arrived yet and the tracking is useless. The Royal Mail site hasn’t updated since 25th March ( order date) and la poste states just leaving the UK on 26th March and the same thing again on 3rd April. Contacted customer service, they said just wait a bit longer. As because it restated just left UK it’s just delayed. I have my doubts. All I do know is that they took my money on 25th March and it’s now 14th April and I have no shoes. It’s a good job that delivery was really cheap.
