Delivery was as expected , but on receiving bed frame, it was damaged and very rusted, it was damaged in quite a few places. It was replaced but to be honest there are still some damages to it. I would assume that the stock is either damaged or second hand.Not impressed. No discount was offered.

The frame is lighter than I thought and the slots are made of easy breakeable wood. This hasn't given me problems for now, time will say. I wouldn't let someone over 60 kg sleep on it though. The mattress is firm as stated. The delivery was disappointing. The mattress should have arrived after one day, but it did after two weeks like the frame. I was made aware that it was out of stock AFTER buying it. Not fair!

My first impressions on Bed factory direct were good, the staff in the store were first class excellent customer service but then when the bed was delivered my opinion changed, the 2 guys who delivered the bed were not very professional, they just dragged the stuff and dumped it then left, upon reading the terms and conditions sheet they left it stated that they would build the beds to which they did not do either, they looked like the hated there job and could not be bothered! not impressed at all. but as I said before the staff in the store were great very helpful and got me great deal and great beds!

Had to wait 4 weeks longer than expected for delivery due to manufacturing delays. I would likely have gone elsewhere if I had known of this before placing and paying for my order. However, products purchased and follow up customer service were fine.

When the bed arrived we found it was not up to a good standard so had to wait foir replacement when that one arrived they was still a part of the bed missing which did arrived after waiting a week for it

Bed is only ok. Suede had marks I had to wash off. System for fitting together two halves of divan is fiddly and badly designed. Getting delivery was a nightmare. Twice I took half day off work and they failed to appear. Third time it did come as expected but they did not warn me and luckily I rang them the night before so could get a house sitter.

The customer service was excellent; easy to order and communication from company was personal and friendly. Well done. The product wasn't of as good quality as the service. When assembled onto bed, the headboard was still wobbly and while it looked good I think it's days are numbered. It's not substantial enough to sit up in bed and lean against. So, disappointing.

The delivery was good, but the quality of the product fell below a reasonable standard. After Sales Service, so far, has been poor.

The bed is very good, the price was excellent. No complaints there. Delivery was disappointing, hence only 3 stars. Ordered for next day delivery (as we needed a bed urgently), then told it was out of stock and would take a few days. The next day we were advised it would after all be delivered sooner. We stayed in all day (from 08.00 to 22.00) but nothing arrived. As I said, disappointing.

Enjoying the bed, but very VERY missleading as you don't get the backboard. I chose this bed mainly because of the backboard and all they said was it's only there to make it look better. Disappointing! When they delivered they delivered only half the base to start with as well, but sorted it quickly, which we're very thankfull for. Just a bit weird all together

The bed and mattress and super value, and great products that I would happily pay more for. However, I do have to score down a little as an item (duvet) was left off my delivery and only turned up a few days later! It was intended to be used straight away, so we had to jugs use a blanket for the first couple of nights - not good! No compensation/refund was offered either, which disappointed me in terms of customer service.

The delivery was rubbish. I ordered a week in advance to make sure I got it on the day I needed it. Took a day off work etc and it never arrived but wasn't informed until that day.

The bed itself is lovely however i asked for the bed to be delivered on a friday and they tried to delivery it on monday and tuesday, both days i work and so my neighbour had to take it for me. I didn't put the bed up straight away and only recently have, but in the final stage i found that there were no slat holders and had to spend a further £40 to buy boards so i could lay the mattress on the bed. I have tried several times to ring bed factory direct to ask for some slat holders so i can have the proper base for my mattress however i have never been able to get through. So an extra £40 down and no slat holders :(

Deliver drivers at first would only assemble bed if we paid then £10 we refuse and said we would do this ourselves, They then said the would assemble for £5, again we refused, finally they said they would do it for free. again we refused and asked them to leave we are pleased with the bed and sales staff , but your carrier were very pushy in their attempt to get us to pay extra ...

The role of this courier is simply to make the delivery. They do not have any authority from ourselves to request payment in any way from our customers. Hi, I don't normally write reviews but am compelled to write one now. Although the product itself, in my case 2 simple double beds and mattresses, are great.. The courier service you are using to deliver to London (and other parts of the UK presumabely) is a complete and utter disaster. XDP express are so awful and incompetent that it will deter me from ever buying from bed factory direct again. If you want returning customers I suggest you change your courrier service. There's a reason they are giving you such a good deal.. They are sh**

Website ok not the easiest I've used. But delivery a nightmare I ordered 5 mattresses & 3 head boards. I had 1 headbd come 1st delivery day when they said delivery would come, that was slightly damaged. Then after phoning 5 mattresses came, the day after that the order was completed. Mattresses fine but we think quality of headbd's not good. Needed these is a hurry so could not return.
