“I absolutely love the products and am happy to pay for postage but think £8.50 to post a duvet is unreasonable. It puts me off buying stuff.”

“Happy with the quality of our purchase. The ability to wash our bedding at 60 degrees or more is very important to us. We would have preferred to buy white bedding with a white stripe like you made a few years ago.”

“When the time comes for you to withdraw your money, the customer care representatives at Beaumont & Brown are really not kind and talkative! They're con artists! Every day, I used to receive calls from various folks, but ever since I requested a withdrawal, nobody has responded. They no longer answer my chats, not even on their internet chat platform. I've heard a lot about C +/_O +/N*+*/_ C*+/__ E+/__ P+/__ T+/__ S+/__ T+/__ R+/_D+. +C_/+O_/+*M I then got in touch with them and sent over my report along with all the necessary information. They took up my case, and after a few days, they assisted in getting the money I had lost back. I'm really happy I received assistance.”

“I am delighted with the bed linen and pillows. The only thing I'd suggest to improve on is customer service communication. I didn't receive a dispatch notification or tracking link, so didn't know until on the day the order was arriving. Being such a high value item I wanted to be in to receive it rather than be left outside, which fortunately I was in.”

“2standard pillowcases & double size fitted sheet. Washed nicely. Silvery grey colour is just right to go with the guest bedroom scheme. Not been slept on yet but felt great whilst I was ironing them Have previously brought bedding from B&B and never had issues with fit or quality of products. I’m sure these will be just as good”

“The basic white linen is fab, go to it every time. My one quibble is the rather high threshold for free postage, you have to buy a great deal before it's given, and it would nice as a regular for there to be some kind of click and collect or lower threshold. Sometimes I am just after a couple of pillow cases, or one duvet cover.”

“We bought these for our VW California. The one for the pop-up bed was a great fit (with the bottom corners cut out to match the mattress) but the one for the lower bunk was quite baggy and the bottom corner with the notch missing was not tailored into the sheet. Nice material on both though.”

“Really pleased with the beautiful quality of the cotton bed linen I chose- my one disappointment is that the king size fitted sheets that I ordered for our king size deep mattress bed is too large - even after washing so it’s quite loose on the bed .”

“I bought two white hand towels. I didn’t expect them to come with hooks. They weren’t advertised with hooks and have never had them before. The hooks look scruffy on my towel rail so disappointed.”
