Or didn’t purchase . Ordered on line . Card charged . Email confirmation of order received. After 3 days chased Beaumont. & Brown only to to told that they didn’t have stock abd didn’t know when stock would arrive . Have purchased from B& B many times and never had this issue before . Not impressed. How can you sell stock you haven’t got?

Do not order from outside UK! It is very expensive, duty is about 25% in top! I‘ll Never do this again! Brexit is really bad for the UK

I have sent 3 emails concerning my order on November 23rd and was contacted and told I would receive my order within 10 days. No one has contacted me since. As explained in said emails I leave the Uk on December 16 th and wanted to take my order with me!! Very poor service

Can’t write a review because haven’t had the delivery even though money taken out of my account! Have emailed to chase up but no response. Very disappointing service!!!

Really disappointed. I have had these pillows before and they were great but this pair have flattened really quickly, literally within a couple of weeks. I contacted Beaumont and Brown but they have failed to reply which is even more disappointing. I won't buy again.

They haven't been delivered yet. This is the problem with automated mailings; they're not intuitive enough to factor in the hiccups that prevent the usual process from working normally!

Hi David, Sorry to get your review. We did however call you to say that the fitted sheets were currently out of stock and we offered to send you a flat sheet in the interim while you waited for the fitted sheet but you said you were happy to wait. Not sure what else we could have done?
