“Bought a mattress protector. Good quality. Website said delivery was £5 but when I got to basket/payment page I was charged £6.50. Website needs to be accurate.”

“On opening there was a light tinge of a smoke smell (Fire, not cigarette) on the Pillows and the Pillow cases. I have allowed them to air for over week and there is an improvement. In the instructions it stated the Pillows need professional cleaning which I did not want to do and washed the pillow cases. So have not used the product yet.”

“Sadly I have returned my pillows as when I opened them they were a little to full for my children although I must say the delivery and service has been first class just waiting for my refund now many thanks mrs Clarke”

“I would have given a five star rating but one of the sheets that I received - the white one - the wrong size was sent. As I live in France, returning it for the right size would take some effort. I have bought Beaumont & Brown sheets, pillowcases, and towels before and I have nothing but praise for the quality, soft touch, and washability. All fibres are excellent and I have tried many brands and I like B & B the best and now will buy nothing else.”

“Fine. But website Is never completely clear about About what is included in sets and what th pillow cases are eg Oxford and Housewife, and sizes. Also does not talk about shrinkage On washing.”

“I purchased the bath robe and delighted with it however i did notice the belt loops one is stitched as a double loop but the other hasn't been as because it was a small fault i didn't think it worth to send back”

“We have purchased Beaumont & Brown bed linen for some years and been very pleased with the products. These were replacements for worn out sheets and they seem fine. The ordering was easy and the sheets arrived promptly despite the pandemic.”

“The quality of the linen seems great. I ordered standard sized pillows which are huge. I have no idea whether they sent me the wrong ones, or are just meant to be loose... There was no order acknowledgement other than a payment receipt, and the email I sent to the address in there received no reply, so a star dropped for customer service.”

“I have ordered a super king duvet cover. Lovely fabric, but it is huge. Hangs over about 10cm on one side. Having read other reviews about built in shrinkage I will see what happens after washing the duvet.”

“The quality of these towels is superb but unfortunately the description of the colour is misleading.Ihave a slate bathroom floor and ordered the towels expecting them to tone but they are defiantly brown not grey .I would call it mole (a beautiful In its own right) not slate . Disappointed that I will have to return them because they feel so beautiful”
