Very good product But very bad transporter (DHL express) which charges for EU not only VAT (absolutely ok) but more than double the VAT with various charges (custom, administrative etc...)

I am disappointed with the pillow. I had it for less than 2 weeks and has not helped me with my neck ace. At £70 I feel it would be superior. I think it’s too hard.

good product but of no use as a B2B supplier as they cant provide a VAT invoice, so we wont use them again

The sheets for our VW California seem good quality but the delivery to Italy was expensive and very slow, made worse by lack of tracking information or response from customer service.

Good Afternoon Alex, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our service. Your order was placed on the evening of May 6th, packed on the 7th and sent via DPD on the 10th. The parcel arrived in Italy on the 12th. It then had to clear customs which took until the 17th and it's out for delivery today the 18th. Sadly we are not able to control the time it takes for items to clear customs, had this not been necessary then delivery would have only been 3 working days which we think is pretty good. Tracking information was sent to the email address you gave us along with delivery notification giving a 2 hour time slot apologies if you did not receive this? I'm wondering if there's been an issue with yours/our emails as we have not received any emails from you to our customer service department? We wish you happy travels in your camper and hope that you enjoy your sheets.

Really nice fitted sheet, good quality, unfortunately the fitted sheet was far too generous in size. This is the only reason that I am returning this product sadly.

A great product but probably needs professional laundering. Pillow covers might be improved by having more robust zip down the side instead of across top.

Delivery always very quick. Bedding very good. Towels not so good. Previous purchase of slate grey starting to fray. Furthermore, the slate grey is more of a brown colour and even that varies between towels.

Generally very good to deal with, but had to return an order that was incorrect, which cost me quite a lot. Product codes could help when ordering.

The pillows took over a week to arrive, which is a little excessive in this day and age. The comms were standard.

Quite unsatisfactory. The bathrobe is not finished neatly on the sleeves, the edges do not match up. This is not something I would expect of a quality product in this price bracket. The bath mat colour is not as shown in the photographs on the website.

Good quality but not the right pillow for me as not comfortable for combination sleeper. Would suit strict side sleeper.

One King sheet was slightly dirty in packet ( the most recent I ordered) so I dexided to wash it as I needed it only to discover it is huge, must be Super King. I tried washing in very hot again but it did not shrink further so I am now having to pay to have it cut down.

Hi Susan, Sorry to receive your review. It is very difficult for us to help you if we don't hear from you. I can see you ordered the sheet on the 25th May and if you had found it to be slightly dirty then of course we would have sent you a new one straight away. The sheet should be 150x200cm as a King. A Super King is 180x200cm and would be completely unusable. If the sheets seems big before washing then that's normal there is shrinkage built in to it. Again if you had called us or told us we would have replaced it immediately. I feel this entire inconvenience could have been avoided by a simple phone call or email. Such a shame really.

I always love Beaumont and Brown bed linen, but have had problems with the wrong items being sent. The order before the last had two silver grey sheets sent instead of one silver grey and one white. This latest order had the correct fitted white emperor sheet but the silver grey super king was flat not fitted as ordered. I did e.mail and send a photo but heard nothing back. The actual bedlinen is wonderful
