“Thank you for the excellent same day personal delivery, however we have just come to try the bedding and find the sheet is about 10cm too long so doesn’t fit very well. Please could you advise how we can return it. - sorry. The duvet and pillowcases are fine although we haven’t used them yet. Many thanks Kate”

Hello Kate, Our king fitted sheets are 150 x 200cm which is a standard bed size, they are however made with shrinkage built in so if you're putting in on the bed before its had a wash (which is absolutely fine) then it will be too big. When you do wash it then a 60 degree wash will cause the sheet to shrink down to fit your bed perfectly. Any problems please do give us a call on 01803 864667. Kind Regards B&B

“I ordered a fitted sheet and duvet cover to match sheets and pillow cases I had bought from you previously. It was disconcerting to receive emails from Best Bed Linen Company when I thought I had purchased through Beaumont Brown. That was made worse when I found that the fabric of the new items differed from the fabric of my previously bought bedding. I wondered if it was a scam or bogus web site I had used, especially given the bedding labels said ‘Smile’ and not Beaumont Brown as previously. I am still unclear as to why the bedding fabrics differ and the labels are also different so I am not yet convinced I had actually purchased what I thought I had ordered and paid for. As a result, I feel doubtful about ordering anything else through this web site in the future. Delivery was swift after ordering, within two days.”

“Purchased 2 king size silver fitted sheet and 1 pack of 2 pillowcases because I am very pleased with the four fitted sheets and pillow cases I have had before. Unfortunately only one sheet and one pack of pillow cases arrived. I immediately phoned and was assured they would send the other sheet. It arrived today!”

“Recently bought two robes. One robe was missing a belt when the delivery came at 4pm. I phoned up straight away and you put a replacement in the post that afternoon. The replacement belt arrived the next day at 10am. While I would have preferred both robes to have arrived with their belts you dealt with the problem extremely efficiently.”

“We stayed at a very nice B&B in Devon just had a new bathroom fitted so wanted new towels etc took a photo of the towel labels as they were so nice and found the website. Just so please with the purchase. Will be back in the future. Many thanks”

“I purchased a complete king size bed set with pillows and duvet. Extremely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable linen I have slept in. I would have given them 5 stars but one item was missed in the packing of the order and it took two weeks to supply it. However now that the order is complete, I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.”

“The bedding feels lovely - haven't washed it yet. However the fitted sheet was very poor - little elastication to hold it on and too big - too long and too wide - I measured my bed and it is 6 foot x 6foot 6 inches which is a super king - doesn't fit!!!”

Hi Zara, Thank you for your review. The cotton sheets have 3.5% shrinkage built in so they will be too big before they are washed. They will then shrink to fit perfectly. Kind regards. www.beaumontbrown.com
