Received quickly so thank you, but a little disappointed there was a small pink stain on the duvet cover. Thought it may have been a thread inside the cover but since washing it it's actually a stain. Not sure what I can do.

I am so very disappointed. I find the duvet cover to be of poor quality. Also, though ironed with a powerful steam iron, it just doesn’t look ironed. Unfortunately I believed the hype and purchased 2 sets, stupidly throwing away the packaging so unable to return.

I am very disappointed with the bedlinen I ordered. It looks great but we find that it is not crisp and cool as advertised and I wonder if the thread count of 400 is not sufficient. I have other brands that manage to keep cool in use so sadly I cannot recommend your product.

While I do love the goose feather comforter I received, I was disappointed in the sheet sets. I ordered a king sheet set, only to be surprised that it did not fit my king sized bed. .No where did read where there may have been a size difference in UK king size, and US king size. I'd like to know if I can receive the correct size, somehow. .

I bought two pillows because of my experience at Cliveden. They have exactly the same label but are flat and hard not at all like the sumptuously soft floaty pillows at Cliveden Disappointed

Thank you for your review. I think the problem maybe that we don't actually supply pillows to Cliveden. We only supply the bed linen to Cliveden. I suspect the pillows they use may have more feathers than down to make them plumper and also they would have been slept on for at least a year. Pillows do change over time as the filling breaks down. Hope this helps.

After staying at a hotel with Beaumont and Brown linens, my husband bought a king set for me as a gift. It came with a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases. He didn't realize that it would not include a flat sheet (wasn't clear on the website), so after it arrived I had to order a separate flat sheet. Then after washing it all, we realized your king size must not be the same dimensions as king size for beds in the U.S. because the fitted sheet is much too small for our bed and is more appropriately sized for a "Queen" size bed in the U.S. After all of this, we are disappointed because we will not be able to use the sheets that we spent about $400US (not to mention a lot in shipping costs) for. I would suggest adding information on your website for U.S. customers to avoid this problem happening in the future.

Dear Customer. Apologies for the issues you have had with the sizing. There is a problem when referring to sizes in terms of King, Super King etc worldwide as these differ hugely country to country. A U.S Queen is a UK King and a U.S King is a UK Super King for mattresses but duvets are all different again. We are planning on adding a "USA Section" just including and clearly stating American sizes. Sorry again.. and if you give us a call I'm sure we can do more to solve this issue. Kind regards, Robin
