“Items that I need are always in stock. Pricing is competitive. Delivery is always speedy and items are delivered by DPD which is one of the more reliable courier firms and their 1 hour delivery time slot is extremely useful. Overall great customer service.”

“Excellent service,very knowledgeable. Sorted me out with a spare for my old barbecue which was delivered in 2 days saving me lots of money. A much better experience than I had in B&Q the previous day. They had a great range of quality barbecues so when I upgrade mine next summer, I will definitely be coming back here.”

“Purchased a Weber bbq which was at a great price and delivered in just a couple of days. Really happy with the bbq but there was damaged to the lid. I e-mailed the evening of the day it was delivered and by 9.10am the following day they responded to advise they would contact Weber for a replacement lid. New lid arrived in about a week. Really happy with the customer service, price and speed of delivery. Would definitely recommend!”
