“BBQ World have been excellent. I suppose there could have been more communication about delivery but this might be down to the courier. Slight damage to packaging in transit but probably courier's issue too. BBQ as described - no missing bits and no dmage. Getting the free poultry cooker and probe from Weber is a nightmare but this is not BBQ World's issue”
