“Bought a cast iron skillet. Excellent quality but too big for our oven. BBQ land took it back and refunded promptly. Will re order correct size soon.”

“I ordered a Kamado Joe Classic ll from BBQ Land and unfortunately when I opened the box the BBQ was damaged, as the box was sealed this was not fault to BBQ land. I contacted customer service regarding the damaged BBQ and they immediately arranged for delivery of a replacement BBQ and collection of the damaged one, absolutely brilliant customer service. The Kamado Joe I purchased from BBQ land was over £100 more expensive on Amazon. Very satisfied customer.”
