Delivery and ordering fine. 6x 2 pack of Duracell button batteries LR44 and they have died within 2 hours of use??? Could these have been out of date or has my appliance suddenly broke I wonder??

Hi Alison, Actually yes - it would be our suspicion that your device is faulty. We sell thousands of these products each month and we haven't had any other complaints at all, and there is no recall on this product. For 3 packs randomly picked from a large batch to work, and the 3 particular packs you received all to not work is virtually impossible. You are also well aware they are well within date as you can see the date printed on the products themselves. I have a query And would like to talk to someone, but that is not possible because there is no one at the end of a phone. So because of poor communication and very poor service I will look for an Alternative supplier.

A very good service from Battery Station. Unfortunately, the courier Hermes failed to deliver the package to the correct address, so we didn't received it until a neighbour delivered it. We do not experience any problems with other couriers, only Hermes, who consistently fail to deliver parcels to the correct addresses in our village.

Ordered 6 cr2 batteries and 2 cr123 batteries. 3 cr2 was ok. But 3 was defectes with dents to the battery. Tried to write on the website help, an it kept refreshing and wouldnt send the message.

Unfortunately I have not received my order yet although I was notified it was shipped last Thursday (23rd) - I have contacted Battery Station - they came back to me very promptly advising me to wait until today 30th as in the current strange times it may be delayed - The courier company Hermes website looks like it has lost my package so hopefully Battery Station will send another package to me soon?

Although delivery of my order was fairly quick, all of the batteries that I ordered did not arrive (and have still not arrived 5 days after BS said that the shortfall had been sent).

Very happy with the service and delivery but in the product description it stated Duracell but when it arrived it's actually Procell. That was misleading to me.

Hi Ann, We advised you completely correctly about the whereabouts of your order. You ordered on Friday 17th and we picked and packed your order the same day. It was collected by Royal Mail on the next working day, Monday 20th. The service you paid for was 3-5 Working days and your order got delivered today, so your order is not actually late. Hi Keith, You ordered in the evening on the 14th and we packed your order the next morning. Royal Mail collected your order on the morning of the 16th. Tomorrow would be the last working day of the service level we receive for the delivery. Royal Mail are also running at 80% staff at the moment due to precautionary self-isolation. The reason the tracking does not work is because Royal Mail 48 is only scanned upon delivery. I expect your order will be with you in the next few days as almost all of these delayed Royal Mail consignments are progressing to delivery. Sorry for the delay. Hi James, Your order is indeed tracking on Hermes right now and is still within the normal service level for your delivery. That's not taking into account any Covid-19 delays for staff off. Hi Jean, We advertised this battery as a thermometer battery as we know it fits a wide range of thermometers but we don't make the claim that it will fit all of them. It would be your responsibility to ensure that you find out the battery size you need, and then purchase it. You can do this by looking at the old battery, or most often, the device will show what is needed on the back, or in the battery compartment. The service was extremely good but unfortunately let down by the courier service. I am disabled and in the highly vulnerable group. The small package I was waiting for was important in monitoring my fragile health condition. I live in a block of flats and my mail box is sealed of as I have all my mail redirected on seeing this the courier just left it on top of my box where anyone could have stolen it. He did not even ring my bell which all other couriers do just to say y parcel had arrived and usually bring it up as I can not go out. The only way I knew it had arrived was that I had been following the tracking as this was really important to me.

The last lot of Hearing Batteries I bought from you only lasted 2 Days. My next order was from a differnt supplier and they last 4 days

Hi Brian, You've left a review for the wrong product. We sold you some Duracell Rechargeable AAA HR03 900mAh Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries and not any hearing aid batteries at all. You must have ordered them from somewhere else. In fact you did order hearing aid batteries from us back in Nov. They were from Duracell. I'm not sure if this is what you are referring to, but if you waited until now to use them, that could be the problem. Zinc Air hearing aid batteries do not last long unused. My order was for 4x AAA batteries , you sent 4xAA batteries which are no use. I do not see why I should have to pay postage to return them

Dispatch and and order process ok. However Battery Station used Hermes. who ultimately messed the delivery up. Hence my poor rating. Anyone who uses Hermes will not get higher than poor from me.

Dear Customer, We're sorry you were unhappy with the delivery. You ordered on the 1st of March after the 4pm deadline for same day dispatch. Your order was dispatched on the 2nd of March and delivered on the 3rd. Considering the difficulties that Hermes have had with staff off work self-isolating, and the extreme demand on the network, I think the service you received from them was very good. Considering the shipping for a lithium battery was £2.49 and you got delivery within 2 days, I think is is excellent value. If you do decide to use us again in the future, we offer Priority and Next Day shipping methods which cost more and are sent on a higher level of courier service. These services are always available.
