I would like to report and to replace and also to know why do you send me durasell battery AAA plus because I ordered duracell battery AAA OEM I ordered this battery because only OEM battery works with my parcel box outside.

Dear Customer, Duracell no longer supplies OEM batteries, so we upgraded to the full retail packs of the Duracell Plus, which are higher in quality.  We did not have another product to offer you, so you decided to return the batteries and we processed a full refund for you. Despite having an account that was often used I have recently had problems as the payment system will not let me use my address and contacting 'Battery Station' did not help, in fact, they were not very concerned at all. I have used a different supplier.

Hi Alan, This review is for a previously successsful purchase which you place, and was delivered correctly on time. You have used the review invitation as an opportunity to complain that you could not complete a payment when trying to order again. Your card issuer declined your transaction, as they failed to produce the correct response to your cards enrollment in the newer version of the 3DS scheme which is commonly referred to as SCA. This is a common issue right now with UK issued cards as the deadline for this came in earlier in March. We send all the correct credentials, and if for some reason your card is not set up for SCA, we will not get the response we need, and wil decline the transaction. The batteries were what I wanted and exactly as advertized. The issue I have is the time it took to get delivered. It too two months for me to get the product into my hands.

I thought I was dealing with a nice and professional service, unfortunately, when my company paid for the batteries, the contact broke off and my emails were ignored. It took several weeks before I got the batteries and in the meantime, I bought from another supplier. Similar price, delivery within 24h. I cannot recommend batterystation because I am so disappointed.

Dear Pawel, Your order was placed on 27th Jan 2022, at 10.17am. Your order was delivered at 2.55pm on 28th Jan 2022 and signed for by Iqbal M at the delivery address. The reason your order was not put through on the 112th January was we continued to advise you that you did not have a credit account with us, and that you would need to set one up in order to pay on 30 days terms. You then advised us that you wanted to pay by pro forma, and we had to complete forms, and provide our bank details to us. All this communication lasted between 10th January and 13th January, with payment arriving on the 16th January. By that time we were unfortunately out of stock of the items as 5 days had past. We dispatched the items as soon as they were back in stock on the 27th January 2022. We apologised for the delay and were thanked for the prompt attention. Unfortunately the batteries have no charge, they fade out after 10mins. I need to be sent replacements or given back the cost.

After receiving a late delivery and paying extra for it to arrive on time, I emailed Battery Station and was dealt with a hostile reply from the staff. I replied and now the company are ignoring me.

Hi Danielle, You did not receive a hostile reply at all. We simply informed you that we would not be refunding you as you demanded in your email. The reason we are not refunding you is because we have a 4pm deadline for Next Day delivery which is stated on our delivery page, as well as very evidently directly above the shipping methods on our checkout page. As you ordered at 7pm at night on the 30th December, your order was collected by Parcelforce on the 31st December. We then had the weekend followed by a bank holiday for New Years Day which was carried over to the Monday. So delivery took place on the next working day which was the 4th January. All this information about the deadline, and which days were working days and not over the holiday period was printed directly above the shipping methods on our checkout page. We're not sure why this was missed. We fulfilled all our obligations with this order and it was delivered on time, in the timescale provided on the shipping page. The reason I have ordered from your site the batteries and agreed to pay extra was that you advertised the 50% extra life. What I actually got, was the ordinary ones. Nothing wrong with batteries themselves, but you as a company are at fault. When you advertise a certain product, you have to sell the specific one. I will never use you again

Hi Joanna, We're sorry your order did not arrive. It was lost by the courier. I'm sure you realise we do not hire our own delivery drivers. Every single courier we use including Royal Mail have had significant delays since mid November. It has been completely out of our control. Excess demand, illness and self-isolation, and the festive period have all contributed to a very busy period. We did get your email, we did promptly reply to it and we replaced the items on a Next Day service at our own expense. So while I understand your frustration, I do not accept all of this criticism. Waste of money. The nominal charge of 300mAh is half of an alkaline non-rechargeable battery and at £11 is 8 times more expensive. It's voltage is about 7v and not 9v. Expensive mistake.

One of the rechargable batteries I bought burned out the first time I plugged it in, so I do not feel confident using any of them. Terrible product.

Dear Peter, At certain times, when an order is placed on our website, it is sent immediately to our order management system in the warehouse. There is no built-in grace period where we hold orders in case customers change their minds. We offer same-day dispatch before 4pm and this requires orders to be fulfilled right away. Very misleading. I clicked on industrial batteries for a well known make but received basic batteries instead.

Hi Jim, You are completely incorrect. Industrial by Duracell batteries were rebranded 2 years ago by Duracell, and the name changed to the original name of Procell. These are not basic batteries. It is actually an improved product from the older ones. You have not been mislead at all, and the product you received is a high quality Duracell product. Over 1 week since my order was collected by Hermes, but never did receive my order. Received a full refund from Battery Station, but why not use a different delivery company. Then when considering to re-order, told said item was out of stock!

Dear Customer, Hermes, unfortunately, lost your order on this occasion. We do offer other couriers but they cost more, and many customers yourself included, prefer to use the cheaper option. Hermes are generally reliable and most orders arrive on time. Once you reported the missing order to us, we looked at replacing it, but the item was out of stock so we promptly refunded your order. My order failed to arrive. It was tracked as being delivered by Hermes in the dark! The delivery evidential photo was a completely black image. The map location shown did not mirror my address either. I complained to Hermes (who have in the past delivered many packages) but got no joy. I also emailed Battery Station but with no response. I am therefore disappointed. The trail has gone cold now. As far as I am concerned the package was "lost in transit". Future orders should be "signed for?".
