My order failed to arrive. It was tracked as being delivered by Hermes in the dark! The delivery evidential photo was a completely black image. The map location shown did not mirror my address either. I complained to Hermes (who have in the past delivered many packages) but got no joy. I also emailed Battery Station but with no response. I am therefore disappointed. The trail has gone cold now. As far as I am concerned the package was "lost in transit". Future orders should be "signed for?".

ordered pack of 2 batteries for door bell, first battery lasted a week!! Onto second one today dont know how long that will last but working for now!

Hi Giuseppe, Our returns system is very flexible. You can easily choose from a range of couriers at different prices, starting from around £1.80 and they take batteries containing lithium. We cannot change the law at Royal Mail, they do not carry lithium and that is outside of our control. So we direct you to use other couriers. You can select a service and even the cheapest options allow you to drop the return at a local corner shop. All this was advised to you in complete detail when we advised about the return. Initial order placed 27/10/21 and passed to Hermes delivery service. On 29/10/21 received a message from Hermes to say delivery delayed by 24 hours at which point no further contact was made with us. My daughter e-‘mailed 31/10/21 to say no parcel received and was told by Jamie to wait another 24 hours as within 3-5 days delivery window. Still no sign of parcel on 1/11/21 so had to purchase batteries from another source. They eventually arrived 6 days later. Once the problem had been recognised, can’t fault battery station as dispatched another order free of charge but service from Hermes well below standard expected and customer now out of pocket!

Three of the 12 9v batteries supplied arrived damaged and in dangerous condition due to poor packaging.

Very disappointed. It is over a week since they were ordered and they still have not arrived and this is Prime delivery? Good grief it,s only batteries. Are you out of stock?

This is within the 3-5 working day timescale of the economy delivery service that you selected. We do not have a delivery option named ‘Prime’. Dear Glenn, We have been in contact with you today, to try and take remedial action, however on speaking to you, we discovered that the items we sent you were the items you ordered. Batteries did not work. We had to have someone to check the electric gates, when they went to change the batteries in the "fobs" they were "DEAD"

Hi Tim, We have just checked our customer service ticket system and we don't have any tickets under your name, email address or postcode. I'm sorry the item arrived later than expected. It should have arrived by the 8th Sept on the 3-5 Working Day service but arrived 2 days later on 10th Sept. This was due to an issue at the local Hermes depot which has now been resolved. Received batteries and tested them on my intelligent charger , it show all weren't storing anywhere near their stated maximum , 1 battery was as low as 50mah , certainly wont be buying anything from Battery station again (ive already tried to contact you via your contact portal but had no reply )

Out of the 10 batteries we were sent 3 of them didn't even last 24hrs. So not good

I ordered C cells and got AA. I sugested they collected the incorrect items and supplied the correct items. They said they would not supply the correct parts because I declined to go through their return process (it was their error!) and refunded me, saying I coukld keep the incorrect parts. As they had declined to supply the correct parts I went to Screwfix who supplied the correct parts in 48hrs at a lower cost.

They use Hermes for standard delivery Hermes have never ever delivered a parcel to the correct address yet for me. So will not use battery station again

I did a Google search for online battery suppliers, found your company, and used your search feature to find CR123 batteries. It brought up a selection and I made an order from those choices. It transpired your search facility included other types of battery for some unfathomable reason, and the ones I picked (the same manufacturer and packaging as the correct batteries I'd ordered elsewhere before) were a totally different battery! I now have £30's worth of batteries that are useless to me! Tried to call the number provided. One option doesn't exist anymore, the other rings with no answer at all. I would rather stick two wires in a lemon than place another order with your dodgy set-up.

Dear Jon, We’re so sorry to read that you selected the wrong batteries when you ordered. Our search facility will return results based on all the search terms you enter. So if you enter a brand name, it will also produce results for that brand, below the exact matches for the product. This is standard on all e-commerce websites. On the product page itself, the product name, the product description and the product photo clearly show what the product is before you add it to cart. You saw all of this before adding the product to the cart. Furthermore this information is also displayed on the cart page, and on the checkout page prior to placing the order. There are numerous places this information is displayed. Regarding customer service, it is bank holiday weekend. The staff are actually off work enjoying a well deserved bank holiday after having worked very hard recently. The enquiry form works perfectly and had you decided to use it, we would have replied to you by now and advised you how to return the incorrectly ordered items. However, the phone is not answered at the weekend. My colleague will email you directly tomorrow to advise of our returns process. Did not receive the batteries in the packs advertised. That was one of the reasons why Jnourchased from you. Was extremely disappointed.
