Contacted Battery Station regarding the non delivery of my order and they immediately organised a fresh delivery, excellent service. Hoping now this will be delivered. “I've used battery station before, so I was happy to order again, as I wanted a good number of AA's. I was happy with the price but once ordered I was immediately concerned with the carrier which was Yodel, the 2nd worst rated delivery company. I was at home two days later when Yodel proudly sent a picture of a box behind a bin, which when you consider my bin is behind a locked gate is pretty good, scale a 6 foot gate and leave the batteries behind the bin, without checking if I was in but send a meaningless picture. Needless to say, despite me going round the number 1 house's on the estate - no joy. Battery station sent the GPS tracking details to try to assist, but nothing, and I also asked on the estates Facebook to help, as well as Yodel, all to no avail. I was refunded quickly, but please, please, please, DO NOT USE BADLY RATED COURIERS TO DELIVER ITEMS, THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!!!!. I will not use battery station again unless they increase the postage cost and use reputable carriers”

Hi Mick, We're sorry for your experience with Yodel. We are continually assessing our couriers. We do indeed offer next day shipping for £6.49 and this uses Parceforce. This is the next level up, but as you can see the prices are significantly higher. Most customers simply will not pay for that. However in line with your comments about not using us again until we increase the postage cost, simply select Parcelforce on the checkout page, and if you order before 4pm it's next business day.
