“I was impressed how quickly my order was delivered, arriving earlier than advised & packaged well. However, was not too happy with the delivery guy (Evri from memory but not 100% sure) who duly left my package on the front doorstep in full view of everyone passing), despite leaving a clear note on my front door advising to leave in a safer place.”

Dear Kay, Thank you for your email. When you placed your order you paid for Royal Mail postage, unfortunately the outer boxes are too big to go through your letter box, that is why they are removed and sent in the inner packaging. Kind Regards, BatteryStation Customer Service Team.
