Dear Customer, There was absolutely nothing wrong with your delivery. We make it very clear on our checkout page that the cut off for same-day dispatch is 4pm, which is when Parcelforce collects. We close at 5pm. Furthermore, the shipping method is called 'Next Business Day'. You ordered at 5.06pm on Friday 7th Nov. So your order was collected on the first business day after the weekend which was Monday 10th Nov. Your parcel was subsequently delivered on the next business day of Tuesday 11th Nov, on time.
