“Ive used BS for a number of years now as I can always get the batteries i want. ive bought unusual batteries for car/van key fobs, watches,torches remotes of all discriptions and they have always supplied.. Prices are as good as any and standard delivery is always about 3 days.. They do a good range of makes and choice (premium to cheap).. personally i stick with the premium brands for reliability..You can also get bulk packages and this saves a few more pennies.. So yes, I would definately recomend Battery Station and will continue being a regular customer...”

Hi Joanna, We are continually working on the website search to improve it. Lots of products have similar names and codes so it is challenging. That said I was able to find the Duracell Plus products you purchase in one attempt. However I strongly disagree with your point about the shipping being excessive. Your order packed was 3.5KG in weight. These are not light products. The £4.25 shipping charge is not unreasonable for this order weight. We do not have large margins in these products and there cannot subsidise shipping costs, nor offer them for free. You ordered at 15.35 on Friday 31st October, and it was delivered to you on the next working day after the weekend. So I think the shipping service was very good.
