Having paid for my order on 3 rd of October and now it is 19th I have still not received my order.I have phoned four times without success and when I first joined up which was a nightmare I,m afraid I,m not the happiest of chappies..

first time i placed a order with Battery Station was told there was a delay with the courier delivery, still nothing . so contacted Battery station to be in formed that the parcell was presumed lost and they did not now have my order in stock so will give me a refundm it would have been nice for Batttery station to have told me this rather than have to chase them up and wait 3 weeks for some batteries that i ended up going top a shop to get in the end.

Dear Carl, Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We do have some software which is supposed to track deliveries by using the couriers' tracking website, but it is unreliable. We therefore reply on customers informing us that orders have not been received. As soon as you informed us, we took the next steps which was a refund. Was sent different batteries to those ordered, initially supportive when I called in as a known issue nationally. However subsequent emails trying to return these products were rude and un-apologetic for the error and lack of correcting this. This issue is still on-going. Having used them for a while this is a big shame as has made us move away from using Battery station ever again!

Hi Graham, I've just read through all the correspondence with you and I haven't found anything which would be considered rude and un-apologetic. We explained more than once that the product you were demanding was no longer produced by Duracell. We also explained in the first reply to you that we are happy to take a return on these, and pay to collect them from you. We explained that we understand the issue with the syringe drivers and that is it known throughout the NHS, and we offered alternative products. Hi Jayne, You ordered on 17th August 2020 and we picked and packed your order that day. It was collected by Hermes at 4pm the same day. The shipping method you selected was 3-5 Working Days so it could have been delivered up to the 24th and still be on time. You already emailed us before the last delivery date so we replied to you and informed you of when it could be delivered up to, and asked you to contact us if you had not received it by then. We did not hear from you at all after this until we've read your review today. I can see from tracking the order it has not been delivered. As we were not given a chance to send out a replacement, I have therefore refunded your order in full. All our couriers, Hermes included provide a good service but on occasion an item can go missing like in this case. Please accept our apologies for this. Ordered up 2 packs of 24 Varta batteries. As well as the quality, the reason I chose these batteries was specifically down to the size and shape of packs which are compact for storage. Very disappointed when 6 packs of 8 arrived on promotional but 4 get 4 free cards which are much more bulky for storage. The 24 pack was shown as being in stock when I placed my order. This is the second time this has happened. Will not be using Battery Station again

purchased online on 14th august. never received the product. the company refunded me without even investigating where my parcel was. i would never use this company again.

Dear Customer, When you ordered, you selected the economy shipping, and for your order, being small and not containing lithium, it went on Royal Mail 48. We tried to track your order on Royal Mail which is only trackable on delivery. There was no tracking available meaning the item had yet to be delivered and was very late. We concluded that Royal Mail had lost your order. We then refunded you in full immediately and informed you. Had you selected one of our Next Day or Priority methods, tracking would have been available throughout the process. Royal Mal 48 does not offer tracking through their network and this is reflected in the fact your shipping cost you £1.25. There is no option to search for and find your order through the Royal Mail network. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the outcome of this purchase but we did act swiftly to refund you upon discovering the item had not been delivered. Hi John, Royal Mail delivered your package on 7th August 2020 from their Malvern delivery office. They scanned a barcode on the item as they posted it. The GPS does match your address. Please can you check with family members that you don't have this somewhere as it's very rare for a Royal Mail delivery which is posted to disappear and most do turn up. Disappointing courier service that failed to deliver on three consecutive days. Was fully refunded but then charged again once it was finally delivered. I was happy to pay but felt the courier charge should have been dropped. Won’t be using again.

Hi James, We're sorry you were not happy with the service from the courier. Your order however was delivered within the timescale of the shipping method you selected which was 3-5 Working Days. It was delivered on the 4th working day. You placed your order late on the Friday after we had closed, and it was delivered on the following Thursday having been collected on the Monday. Not sure about quality or originality of the button 317 battery. This was brought to replace the battery in my wife’s watch. Replaced with the battery supplied, but watch still doesn’t work. Not sure if this is because of the battery or that the watch is faulty, until an alternative battery is sourced. Delivery was exceptional more or less next day. If it proves to be the fault of the watch I will amend my review.

Hi John, We can assure you that these watch batteries are indeed original and manufactured by Energizer. I'm concerned about your claim otherwise. We have had no other complaints about batteries from this batch at all, and there are no recalls. Nearly a fortnight and still my consignment has not been received if it is not here tomorrow I shall demand my money back, I know you use Hermes but this poor service even by their standards

Hi Anthony, We have looked into this and the issue is that you have provided an address which is not on the official Royal Mail Postcode Address Finder. So the couriers have no way of looking up your address. They are going to attempt to deliver it again today, but it is likely it will be returned. Upon its receipt, we will refund you in full. Ordered 2 of the Xtar 18650 3.6V/3.7V LED Flashlight 2600mAh Rechargeable Batteries. One of the outer shell seals was completely torn and peeled down making the battery completely unusable. It Burnst my hand. Extremely angry. Costs too much to return. Would definitely NOT recommend. Sold me faulty product.

Hi George, Please accept our apologies for this delay. Hermes attempted to install new scanners at one of their Manchester depots on 1st June. The installation failed badly resulting in a number of backlogged parcels. We were told that most of them were being delivered but a few were very late. Hi Baljeet, I just had a look at your order and I can see we picked it and packed it on the 1st of June and it was collected by Hermes that day. Hermes did have issue with some scanners which have caused delays. I can see it was delivered 4 days late. Unfortunately we can't do anything about that as Hermes along with many other courier currently have their targets suspended. Sorry for the inconvenience. Poor ordered specific battery with ref number voltage etc they simply sent a box of 10 AAA batteries I could get from Asda

Hi Nik, Well we sent you exactly what you ordered so I'm quite confused as to the negative review. I have also checked and no, you can't buy this product in Asda at all. You ordered a box of 10 Procell AAA batteries which are 1.5V - and that is what we sent. You are more than welcome to return them for a full refund.
