The batteries, when they arrived, were in boxes that had been opened and when I put them into my device they registered as being not at full power. A week later, with moderate use, they were almost fully depleted.

Dear Customer, We're quite surprised to read your review in that you bought exactly the same products last year, which you reported to us as not working in exactly the same way. Yet we've had no other complaints about the product, and no manufacturer recalls. It's one of our best selling products due to the performance and the price. We are now investigating this thoroughly and we have already reached out to you to advise you of this. For you to purchase the same product of 10 batteries twice, complain with exactly the same issue over a year later is really peculiar. To reiterate, we will be in touch about this to follow up. My order arrived on time, but was only 1 of the 2 items ordered. I have completed an online form TWICE to report this and emailed once. I even held off giving them a review to give them the opportunity to respond or rectify. I've had absolutely nothing back from this company... their after sales service is absolutely non-existent. I hope somebody at Battery Station reads this review and takes notice. Very very poor customer service.

Despite the fact that I was 2 batteries short on my order which we informed you by EMAIL and telephone I have had no response. Missing Batteries : 1 Pack of 2 DURACELL LR44 V13GA BUTTON BATTERIES.

Hi Trevor, As you've said you've tried to contact us by both email and phone and had no reply, I have gone into detail to look at both systems. We have literally no email or ticket open from you from either emailing directly, or using the form. Nor do we have any inbound calls from the number you used on your order. We don't have any unanswered inbound calls since before Christmas. So I'm not quite sure what has happen to your enquiry. We get up to 50 customer enquiries a day successfully, all which are dealt with. The customer service team has reached out to you directly to arrange replacement of the missing batteries which should be with you shortly. We have emailed you to advise of this, but not had a reply. Dear Customer, Yes your order was lost in the mail. At present, there are significant problems with Royal Mail and other couriers due to staff isolating and also many actually off work with Covid. I have emailed twice as when I received my order boxes were damaged and batteries missing, waiting for yourselfs to contact me with replacements.....

Very disappointed received batteries and they are a year out of date, I contacted Battery Station and requested a refund ver a week ago but still have not received a reply. I do not recommend them

Hi, The expiry date is end of March 2024 which is printed on the pack. The date you are looking at is the production date which is why it has a P before it. Hi Brian, You informed us that the order has not been delivered, on 1st Jan 2021, so we immediately tracked it, and refunded you for it. We replied to your email to advise you of this. So having refunded you now, there would be no expectation that this order would arrive with you. We won't be sending out a replacement as well as refunding you, of course. I made a purchase and received email confirmation on 20th December. It is now 11pm on 4th January and I have still not received it. I tried to track my order and it just shows, "Your delivery status is not available" Not much help. Battery station are clearly not aware as they sent me an email asking for me give them this review. Clearly I am not too impressed.

I paid extra for next day delivery and never received this service. When I complained and asked for a refund of the charge, I was told we have already paid for it, so no refunds. I will NEVER buy from

Hi Elizabeth, As stated very clearly on our website, at the top of every page, on the delivery page, and on the checkout directly above the shipping methods; the deadline for next day delivery for Christmas had been passed when you ordered. The reason we were not able to refund you, is because we ourselves are not refunded from DPD. That is why we display the information very prominently in so many places, so that it is transparent. Ordered 10 CR123a batteries about 3 weeks ago. Received 50 AA batteries, even though the shipping list said CR123a. Filled in the on line reply form to register my disbelief, still no email to apologize or advise my order would be honoured. A total screw up. Never use you again.

Dear William, We actually received your order 13 days ago as opposed to 3 weeks as stated, and it was delivered 12 days ago. I have checked our ticket system and we have no enquiry from you at all. As you mentioned you had submitted an enquiry I also checked the server log to see if anything came through with your order number or email address, which it hadn't. I apologise for the packing mistake in this instance and had we been aware of it, we would have rectified the situation quickly. You have a good website, and your stock is good; lots of the batteries I do buy from time to time. However, in the past some of your deliveries never reached me. The reason was always that you used DPD, who have no depot in Bradford. All parcels come through Keighley, and their drivers don't seem to be reliable when delivering in Bradford. I have asked by telephone for batteries to be delivered in another way, but your telephone saleswoman said it was not possible. This most recent delivery did reach me, though. Thank you. Are you now using a different delivery firm?

Hi Anthony, Firstly thank you for your kind remarks about the website. We use Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD. DPD are usually very good so I will certainly be bringing this up with our account manager there. Was notified THREE times that my order was going to be delivered by DPD .MON .THEN TUES. SAID THEY HAD MISSED ME. INFORMED me it would be delivered WEDNESDAY. Waited in for three days before it was delivered.Very disappointed with the service. Hope you can question them about their service.

Hi David, It's been a very tough time of year for the courier networks who are dealing with unprecedented demand, and Covid related staffing issues. While I understand the frustration and inconvenience you experienced on this occasion, DPD is generally a very good courier. This is not normal behaviour for them. Dear Customer. The manufacturer of this item offers excellent post-purchase support via a helpline as the chargers are more complicated than most simple ones. They would have gone through technical steps with you to diagnose an issue and issued a replacement unit if required. You refused to even contemplate speaking to them demanding a replacement unit, when we couldn't ascertain whether or not the unit was faulty or you were not using it correctly. As we were unsure if you were using it correctly, we decided against sending a replacement unit to you ourselves, and refunded you in full. I recently ordered a few packs off batteries. My package arrived damaged and open with items missing. I raised this with the courier who advised I would need to contact the seller who in turn would need to raise this with them. Despite raising this twice via the online form I have received no acknowledgement or response of any kind.

Dear W. Denis, Your order was delivered by Royal Mail on 26th October at 11.46am by the Best South & Central Delivery Office. The delivery person scanned the item as they posted it through your letterbox. Most of the time when this happens, a family member has picked up the item or it is there somewhere and it's very unusual for something sent on Royal Mail to disappear. I have checked our email system and we have no emails from you at all. We haven't heard from you using the contact form on our contact us page either. Perhaps you had the incorrect email address. I placed a first time order for batteries with Battery Station. After a week, I told them my order had not been received. It has not come after five weeks now. I do not recommend this company.
