“The before sales is shocking, I wasn’t able to place an order and they weren’t really helpful, they weren’t able to raise an invoice for me to pay, eventually I managed to find a browser that supports their website, this being Internet Explorer, all of the modern browsers don’t support their site, the after sales is much different, I was able to move the delivery date without a problem and it was delivered on that day”
“NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. FIRST OF ALL THEY CHARGED AN ARM AND A LEG! I PURCHASED THE FIJI WHITE COMBI VANITY & NEVADA 1100MM UNIT. BACK END OF SEPTEMBER 2020 AND NOW WE ARE IN FEB 2021 EVEN IN DECENMBER I IMMEDIATELY REASLISED AND SPOTTED THE WOOD DRAWERS AND THE SIDE STARTED TO ERODE FAST AND STRIPS PEELING OFF. VERY VERY POOR QUALITY. ALSO THE FLUSH IS TERRIBLE AND VERY WEAK. THEY ADVERTISE AS ITS GOOD WATERPROOF SEAL QUALITY WOOD OR MDA. I WISH I HADN'T PURCHASE THIS NOW. DEFINATLEY NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY! I WOULD PROBABLY NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE DAMN THING NOW!! NOT HAPPY WHATSOEVER!”

“This review is for the delivery driver. Who left my shower enclosure in the middle of a busy road and refused point blank to move it to a safe place. Very difficult to deal with when you live on your own and have no-one to help.”

“I recently ordered a radiator from Mountain Bathroom. When the radiator arrived it matched my expectations and looks fab in my home. Unfortunately there was a delay in getting it delivered but I was very impressed with the customer service team who helped me understand and sort out the delay which was down to an issue with the delivery company.
