“Excellent service and product. Owner rang to explain the delay on delivery and put the delivery on the express service even though we did not pay for it. Double bass stool excellent quality. V sturdy yet light enough for travel. Would recommend this company.”

“Bass Bags have been delightful to work with. We hired a cello for our daughter and the teacher at school had definite ideas about her instrument. Bass Bags have been patient and very good at resolving issues as they arise. We have had to change strings, adjust the set up, and jump through hoops to appease the teacher. All along we have had excellent advice and service from David, and recommend them highly. Oh, and the cello sounds lovely.”

“I ordered a David Gage Realist Copperhead Double Bass pickup on next day delivery. Next day it came, or just the box. I called Bass Bags who and they immediately re-sent a new pickup which came the followig day. I fitted it at lunchtime in time to test it and play it at its first gig the day. The pickup is really good, a really clear and transparent representation of the Double Bass. Although there was a delivery hiccup (not BassBags fault) BassBags did there best to remedy the situation in time and Mr David Morgan called several times to check progress and give advice. A truly excellent service, I felt like I was being handled by friends. Thank you. Joe Martin, Kent.”

“I'm new to the world of double bass playing but I was given expert advice right from the word go which gave me confidence. It even went as far as a quick lesson on getting the instrument in and out of the car. I was thoroughly impressed with the communication and professionalism of Bass Bags and although it is not he cheapest service I do feel like it is truly designed with musicians in mind. The service is friendly and flexible, I would certainly recommend it.”
