“Excellent service. Thank you. I had been trying to get a particular Electric Violin from another supplier, but delivery had been postponed four times. I cancelled that order when I found Bass Bags had got the one I wanted and I contacted them with a request to supply. All correspondence was promptly and professionally answered and my Violin arrived on the day they said it would. Thank you. Ian Hayter (Dir: Paradisum Records Ltd)”

“Really helpful - very nice people, top notch customer service and fast delivery. Daughter absolutely thrilled - it’s a beautiful instrument. She’s never played violin before (but played guitar) she was able to tune up quickly and easily with geared pegs - sounds fantastic and she can already play a tune - only got it delivered yesterday afternoon!
