Excellent service and a high quality product. The bag was bought for my daughter's bass - she plays in venues across Scotland, and the bag is ideal for the job of getting there and back, with a reasonable degree of protection and ease of handling.

I have been double charged for the last month, have called, no one answers, have emailed twice or three times, no one replied. When I stopped renting, I have been charged for renting as well as for Bass Bags picking up the cello, 35 pounds and also 45 pounds, once charge after another. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for Bass Bags to not even reply, let alone process the refund!! what is going on? perhaps an awful review will help wake you up??? come on! This is something that needs your attention sooner than later. It does hurt your business, treating your customers badly like this!!

Excellent service. Due to an error code on the website I phoned and spoke to a very helpful representative. They reassured me that my payment had been taken and the cello case was on it's way. Good communication about delivery. I am delighted with the actual product too ☺️

I took delivery of my Westbury double bass a few weeks ago and I am over the moon with it. Choice was limited in my locale and I was a bit concerned about making such a purchase online however, after a phone conversation with David Morgan it was obvious to me that I was dealing with a trustworthy source and someone who obviously knew what he was talking about....if that isn’t enough, David also took time out to deliver the bass to my address in Glasgow in person.....now that is good old fashioned 5 star service....need I say any more..

The product was described as black. Which is why I purchased it. However it is a maroon and black colour and I am trying to return it. When I phone your company I can only leave a message although I am advised to press star for an operator. However I indersyand that o M being sent a returns label and hoefully this will enable a free post return. I am still waiting and my last e Ail has not been answered

Good price, easy ordering, fast delivery, product exactly as ordered. Can't truthfully comment on the quality as I've not yet used the strings, but they're clearly brand new and exactly what I wanted, so I'm sure they'll be perfect!

Excellent service with prompt delivery. I love the case having struggled with a heavy one for years. Having wheels makes a huge difference. I wish I’d bought one earlier.

My bassoon gig bag was recommended to me by another bassoonist. I previously had a much larger and bulkier bag but the Bass Bag is so much more compact and easier to carry. Thank you for dispatching my order so quickly - great service!
