“Very pleased with the very quick and efficient service. Telephoned for confirmation of item in stock and the lady was very helpful and friendly. The actual process of purchasing the bass strings via the web site was also smooth and efficient. The Spirocore double bass string set (which arrived much sooner than I expected) are just what I needed and the price was excellent. I will be happy to purchase items from Bass Bags again and would be happy to recommend them. Thank you to all at Bass Bags.”

“thanks for your email, yes very happy with my order, very quick delivery which was really useful as daughter only told me last minute that these were needed before her week away with North Wales Youth Orchestra!! The only thing was the lid had come off the rosin when it arrived so was a bit messy inside the package, might be an idea to put a little sellotape on the lid of the pot? I've done this now for her to take with her while she's away. Many thanks,”

“This is a lovely bow quiver; it has a feel of quality and looks good. The only improvement I would consider would be to give it a small bottom panel, because the narrowing of the quiver towards the join at the bottom tends to grip the bow a little.”
