“Excellent service in every way. I mistakenly ordered a David Gage Realist pickup, (which would not fit my bridge) instead of the Copperhead. It was Sunday, so they were closed. However, I rang to change the order on Monday morning and received the correct pickup the next day. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service. I will use this company again.”

“I just bought a very nice Serpent and it needed a case. The one I bought from Bass Bags was outstanding. High quality and very fast service. Living in northwestern California, I was a bit concerned that buying a case for my instrument from over seas might be difficult. NOT A BIT. The website was easy to follow and I received my case in about ten days! Excellent packing job and the case was in perfect condition. Great Service!!!”
